ReplyDeleteThat's just plain awwwww-some. I never would have thought of a bird nest pin but how appropriate.
ReplyDeleteIt's the kind of thing that becomes apparent as you go. The nest is a coiled length of Icord. I soaked it and hung it with a weight to dry. The eggs I drew up around the edges, then soaked and rolled in my hands to shape them. Not felted, just shaped. It was very cooperative.
