And I have an idea for the next one, needed to finish this one to free up the loom.

Seascape off the loom
Just off the loom, and will rest a while before steaming, finishing and framing. The fringes will not show after finishing.
Just thought you might like to see the right off the loom stage.

ReplyDeleteI assume that now you must weave in all those ends? I doubt you could simply cut them off, but I'm not a weaver so have no clue.
ReplyDeleteThere are ways of securing the fringes at the back of the work, so that the weaving doesn't unravel. I'll probably cut them a bit though.
